📦 1. Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your Tracking ID and a direct tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your package.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@navyamart.in within 2 hours of placing your order with your Order Number.

🚚 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Usually 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location.

What are the shipping charges?

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping across India!

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard nominal COD fee may apply at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Simply send an email to support@navyamart.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and a clear photo or video showing the issue with the product.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or direct bank transfer.

What payment options do you accept?

Is it safe to use my payment card on Navya Mart?

Yes, absolutely! All payment transactions are processed through encrypted and 100% secure payment gateways. We never store your card or bank details.
